The annual International Arts Carnival will be held from July 6 to August 19, featuring more than 430 fun family events.
This year, 11 performing groups from the Mainland, the UK, the US, Estonia, Canada, Spain and Italy will join 21 local groups to perform acrobatics, music, dance, magic, puppetry, multimedia theatre, musicals, and other arts.
Kicking off this year's carnival is
Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs by the Estonian National Ballet.
Apart from performances, there will be workshops, outreach performances, library and museum activities, exhibitions, and cultural tours.
