Lyuba, the preserved mammoth calf will be displayed at the Science Museum from May 14 to June 10.
From Russia's Shemanovsky Museum, she is the best-preserved mammoth specimen in the world. She lay buried in permafrost for 40,000 years.
The museum will have docent services conducted in Cantonese for students on weekdays, except Thursdays when the museum is closed, and for the public on weekends. Interested parties can fax 2311 2248 to apply.
