The Government has appointed Mak Chi-keung as Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong Examinations & Assessment Authority.
Bonnie Fung will join the authority as a member, while incumbent members James Lam and Stephen Hung have been reappointed.
The appointments are for three years from September 1.
Secretary for Education Eddie Ng said the authority is an important partner of the Education Bureau, and having distinguished members from educational and other professional sectors on board will enrich the authority's expertise.
He welcomed the appointments and thanked outgoing Deputy Chairperson Ruth Shek for her contribution.
