The Labour Department is expeditiously processing wage claim applications of the employees of defunct retailer DSC.
Secretary for Labour & Welfare Matthew Cheung made the statement today, telling the media 383 applications have been received.
Payments had been issued to 170 applicants as at September 25.
He said the department will do its best to issue payments soon for remaining claims and has deployed extra staff to do so.
