Parents applying for a Primary One place for their child in any government or aided school at the Discretionary Places Admission Stage should submit their applications from September 22 to 26.
The completed application and all supporting documents should be submitted to that school during office hours.
The Education Bureau reminds parents that schools will process applications in accordance with established procedures and criteria at this stage. Children’s portfolios are not necessary.
Only one application should be submitted for each child. If parents are found to have applied to more than one government or aided primary school, their application will be void.
If parents apply only for the Primary One admission central allocation they can return the completed application forms with supporting documents from September 22 to January 30 to the bureau's School Places Allocation Section, Office 2, 2/F Manulife Financial Centre, 223 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong.
