The overall Comprehensive Social Security Assistance caseload in November dropped to 261,289, down 0.5% on October, the Social Welfare Department said today.
Unemployment cases dropped 1.6% to 21,447, while low earnings cases fell 1.4% to 8,998.
Single-parent cases dropped 0.8% to 29,343, and old age cases fell 0.3% to 151,197.
Permanent disability cases and ill-health cases both decreased by 0.2 % to 18,436 and 25,087.
