An employer was jailed for two months by the Sha Tin Magistracy yesterday for employing an illegal worker.
Immigration Department officers raided a restaurant in Kwun Tong on March 17 and found a Vietnamese man holding a recognisance form, which prohibits its holder from taking up employment.
He was arrested for taking up a dishwashing job.
