Immigration and Police officers have arrested 15 Mainlanders, aged 24 to 54, in an anti-illegal employment operation in the northern New Territories.
The five men and 10 women were arrested for breaching their stay conditions by being involved in parallel goods trading.
Officers seized milk powder, daily necessities, food, skin-care products, wine and electronic products.
A total of 1,985 Mainlanders and 14 Hong Kong residents have been arrested for parallel goods trading since 2012. Of these, 214 Mainlanders have been prosecuted, and 203 of them have been jailed.
