The tender for a Tsuen Wan industrial site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $725.8 million, the Lands Department announced today.
Tsuen Wan Town Lot No. 428 on Ma Kok Street was awarded to Capital Way (HK), a subsidiary of SUNeVision Holdings.
It has a site area of 1,972.9 sq m and is designated for industrial purposes.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 11,246 sq m and 18,742 sq m.
