The tender for a Kai Tak residential site has been awarded to Onwards Asia subsidiary Top Genius Holdings on a 50-year land grant at a premium of over $5.5 billion.
The site is New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6564.
The Lands Department said the site is 7,318 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 23,711 and 39,517 sq m.
