Charges at 13 government car parks will be increased from March 1, the Transport Department announced today.
They are Kennedy Town, Rumsey Street, Star Ferry, City Hall, Murray Road, Tin Hau, Shau Kei Wan, Aberdeen, Yau Ma Tei, Sheung Fung Street, Kwai Fong and Tsuen Wan car parks, and the Sheung Shui Park-and-Ride Car Park.
In raising the fees, the department said it considered the inflation rate, private car park charges, and usage of government car parks.
