The tender for a Kai Tak non-industrial site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $8.837 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6565 was awarded to Hongkong Island Construction Properties Company, a subsidiary of Total Thrive Holdings.
It has an area of 11,262 square metres.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 36,489 and 60,814 sq m.
