The tender for a Wong Chuk Hang site has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $2.528 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
Aberdeen Inland Lot No. 462 at Yip Kan Street and Wong Chuk Hang Road was awarded to Grand Apex, a subsidiary of Sino Land and Empire Group.
It has a site area of 1,764.8 sq m and is designated for non-residential purposes, excluding hotels, petrol stations and residential care homes.
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 15,884 and 26,472 sq m.
