King Tai Court in San Po Kong will open for Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Pilot Scheme applications from October 20 to November 2, the Housing Authority announced today.
The building has 857 flats with a saleable area of 17.8 to 45.9 sq m. After a 40% discount from the assessed market value, prices range from $940,000 to $2.98 million.
Balloting will be held in December while flat selection will start in January.
The authority said the scheme is only available to Green Form applicants to help them achieve home ownership, while releasing more public rental housing flats for allocation to those on the waiting list.
Sales booklets with information and price ranges will be available until November 2. Virtual show flat walkthrough videos, building models and information panels will be also displayed at the authority's Customer Service Centre in Lok Fu.
