The tenders for a Tai Po residential site and a Kwai Chung commercial site have been awarded on 50-year land grants at a total premium of $2.381 billion, the Lands Department announced today.

Tai Po Town Lot No. 228 was awarded to Best Wisdom Development, a subsidiary of Sino Land, for $1.622 billion. It has a site area of 10,646 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 22,995 sq m and 38,325 sq m.

The Kwai Chung Town Lot No. 517 was awarded to First Lands Development Company for $759 million. It has a site area of 1,207.8 sq m and is designated for non-industrial purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 6,885 sq m and 11,474 sq m.
