A Stanley site in the 2015-16 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
Rural Building Lot No.1201 on Wong Ma Kok Road is designated for residential purposes.
The site area is 25,300 square metres, with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 12,600 and 21,000 sq m.
The tender invitation for the lot will open on January 29 and close on March 11.
