A commercial site and a residential site have been awarded on 50-year land grants at a total premium of $4.5 billion, the Lands Department announced today.
The commercial site is New Kowloon Inland Lot No.6313 at the junction of Cheung Yip Street, Sheung Yee Road and Wai Yip Street in Kowloon Bay.
It has been awarded to Great Maker Limited for $3.038 billion.
It has a site area of 3,795 square metres. The minimum and the maximum gross floor areas are 27,324 and 45,540 sq m.
The residential site is Sha Tin Town Lot No.605 on Lok Wo Sha Lane in Ma On Shan.
It has been awarded to Jumbo Vision Holdings under CITIC Pacific for $1.468 billion.
It has a site area of 5,830 sq m. The minimum and the maximum gross floor areas are 12,593 and 20,988 sq m.
