The Government Property Agency has put up 10 former government quarters for auction.
The properties are in Elm Tree Towers in Tai Hang, Beverly Hill in Happy Valley, and Baguio Villa and Pokfulam Mansion in Pok Fu Lam.
Each flat has one or two car parking spaces.
Opening bids will range from $16.8 million to $33.8 million.
The auction will be held at 2.30pm on February 5, at the Novotel Century Hong Kong Hotel, Wan Chai.
