Prospective buyers of Homantin Hillside flats were reminded today that the residential complex is not in Homantin and that there is no direct MTR line to Hong Kong Island.
The advice was issued by the Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority, which also highlighted that the property is actually in Hung Hom as stated in the Approved Hung Hom Outline Zoning Plan.
The authority also pointed out that passengers boarding at Homantin Station and heading for Exhibition Station or Admiralty Station using the Sha Tin to Central Link will need to change trains at Hung Hom Station for another rail line.
Prospective buyers are advised to study the location plan in the development's sales brochure and visit the Sha Tin to Central Link website before making a decision on their property purchase.
