Two residential sites in Tuen Mun will be sold through public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
The tender invitation for both lots will open on December 27 and close on February 7.
Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 508 at the junction of Tsun Wen Road and Leung Tak Street, Area 2, has a site area of about 3,109 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes.
The minimum gross floor area is 11,193 sq m. The maximum gross floor area for non-industrial purposes is 3,109 sq m. The developer must build a minimum of 370 residential units.
Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 509 at Leung Tak Street, Area 2, has a site area of about 2,440 sq m and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes.
The minimum gross floor area is 8,784 sq m. The maximum gross floor area for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel, petrol filling station and private residential) purposes is 2,440 sq m. The developer must build a minimum of 290 residential units.
The Lands Department will upload the final conditions of sale - which stipulate the maximum gross floor area for private residential purposes - for both lots to its website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by December 27, when it will also gazette the tender particulars.
