More flats set for Tai Kok Tsui

The Lands Department today announced it had issued one pre-sale consent in April for a 462-unit residential development in Tai Kok Tsui, due for completion next year.
 
At the end of April, 20 applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted residential developments and two applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted commercial developments were pending approval.
 
One application for consent to assign involving 164 residential units is being processed.
