Special opening hours will be implemented for Leisure & Cultural Services Department facilities during the Lunar New Year holiday.
Sports centres, fee-charging land-based facilities, swimming pools, water sports centres and beaches will be closed from February 8 to 10. Stadiums and all sports grounds will be closed unless advance bookings have been made.
Holiday camps will also be closed for those three days and lodging will not be available on February 7.
Parks and playgrounds will stay open, while Leisure Link Internet and telephone reservation services will operate as usual throughout the holiday.
Opening times for recreation and sports centres have been posted at all venues and uploaded to the department's website.
All museums will close at 5pm on February 7 and re-open on February 10, except the Visual Arts Centre which will re-open on February 11.
On February 11 all museums will be open as usual except the Science Museum, Dr Sun Yat-sen Museum, Museum of Coastal Defence, Lei Cheng Uk Han Tomb Museum, the Law Uk Folk Museum and the Heritage Discovery Centre, as it will be their weekly closing day.
