The Home Affairs Bureau announced today that the joint venture of KPMG and Advisian has been appointed as the operations consultant for the Kai Tak Multi-purpose Sports Complex project.
The consultant will assist the bureau in planning the project, including its operational and business plans, financial projection forecast and performance requirements.
It will also provide assistance in engaging stakeholders, to ensure their views are fully taken into account in the planning process.
The bureau will start the project's pre-construction works later this year.
