The Centre for Health Protection recorded two suspected Middle East Respiratory Syndrome cases from noon yesterday to noon today.
Both tested negative for the MERS virus in preliminary testing.
No confirmed case of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome has been identified in Hong Kong.
The centre urges people to avoid non-essential travel to Korea and to avoid contact with sick people or animals in places at risk for MERS.
