The Department of Health and Police officers have arrested a 28-year-old woman for the illegal sale of an unregistered pharmaceutical product with Part I poison during a raid today at a Kwai Chung retail shop.

The shop was found to be selling a product named SW by Fern with a Part I poison, oestradiol.

Products containing oestradiol are used for hormone replacement therapy. They can be supplied only by registered pharmacists, and require a doctor's prescription.
