The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department cancelled a Tuen Mun food factory's licence today for illegally extending its business area.

The factory, in Yuet Wu Villa’s commercial complex, breached the food business regulation seven times.

It was fined $24,000 and had 180 demerit points registered against it, resulting in the licence cancellation.
