A man who assaulted a Tobacco Control Inspector was convicted at Tsuen Wan Magistracy today.
The 65-year-old was sentenced to six-weeks’ jail suspended for 18 months, and fined $500.
Another man, aged 50, also involved in the assault, was earlier sentenced to 100 hours of community service by the same court.
They attacked the officer at Lei Muk Shue Shopping Centre on April 8.
