Three Disaster Relief Fund grants totalling $4.918 million have been approved for typhoon victims in the Philippines.
The Government today announced the approval of $3 million for the Adventist Development & Relief Agency, China, $1.244 million for the CEDAR Fund, and $674,000 for Social Workers Across Borders.
To ensure the money is used properly the agencies must submit evaluation reports and audited accounts after the relief projects finish.
