HK cyclist wins world cup race

Secretary for Home Affairs Tsang Tak-sin has congratulated cyclist Sarah Lee for winning a gold medal in the Track Cycling World Cup Women's Sprint event in Mexico.
Mr Tsang praised Lee for demonstrating good sportsmanship by persistently striving for excellence, bringing honour to Hong Kong again after winning a bronze medal at the London Olympics.
Lee finished in first place after three rounds of competition. She scored 27 points and became the first cyclist from Hong Kong to win the overall world cup title in the cycling sprint race.
