Excess preservative sulphur dioxide was found in samples of bamboo fungus and fresh beef.
Excess cadmium was found in samples of Ceylon spinach and rolled oats.
Malachite green was detected in a steamed grass carp.
Non-permitted veterinary drug Chloramphenicol was found in frozen mutton and dried shrimp samples.
An imported milk sample was also found to be unsatisfactory.
