Mooncakes, noodlefish pass tests
August 29, 2011
Nine noodlefish samples and 250 mooncakes have passed Centre for Food Safety tests.
The noodlefish were tested for formaldehyde.
Twenty brands of traditional, snowy, ice-cream and other types of mooncakes were tested for colouring, preservatives, antioxidants, pesticides, heavy metals, aflatoxins, mineral oil and bacteria.
All passed the checks.
