4 ill from mushrooms

The Centre for Health Protection is investigating two food poisoning outbreaks involving four people who ate mushrooms.
 
The first case involved two women aged 44 and 55 who fell ill two hours after eating mushrooms at home on July 23. They bought them from a Causeway Bay department store. Both required hospitalisation and have been discharged.
 
The second involved a 56-year-old woman and a 64-year-old man who fell sick three hours after eating mushrooms at home on July 26. They bought them from the same department store. One of them required hospitalisation and has been discharged.
