The Monetary Authority issued an alert today on four fraudulent websites purported to be linked to the Bank of East Asia and Industrial & Commercial Bank of China.
The fake websites are http://www. beahk .com, http://www. 東亞銀行有限公司 .com, http://www. xn--nlq31e5zc145a2oa909mn6ofgh .com, and http://hkicbc.com.cn.
Anyone who has provided information to the websites or conducted financial transactions through them should contact Police at 2860 5012.
