Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So met the Second Minister of Foreign Affairs & Trade of Brunei Lim Jock Seng in Laos today ahead of the 1st ASEAN Economic Ministers – Hong Kong, China Consultations.
They discussed the Hong Kong, China – ASEAN Free Trade Agreement negotiations.
Mr So emphasised the committed goal of ASEAN and Hong Kong, China, to conclude the negotiations within 2016.
He will attend the gala dinner of the 48th ASEAN Economic Ministers’ Meeting in the evening.
