Secretary for Financial Services & the Treasury Prof KC Chan visited Wan Chai today.

He then visited the HOPE Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities. It offers a wide range of support services for ethnic minorities in Wan Chai and nearby districts. Language, computer and tutorial classes are provided to help participants integrate into the local community and promote racial harmony.

He then visited HC Cafe, a social enterprise offering training and employment opportunities to people with intellectual disabilities.

Prof Chan also held a tea gathering at the cafe with Wan Chai District Council members to discuss district works funding, Hong Kong's economic and investment environment, and financial technology development.
