Peter Lam has been re-appointed Tourism Board Chairman for three years from April 1, 2016.
Jeny Yeung will join the board as a member for two years from March 1, 2016.
Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So said the board under Mr Lam's leadership has scaled new heights in the past three years.
He also welcomed Ms Yeung to the board, adding that he is confident she will help in the work to enhance Hong Kong's position as a premier tourist destination.
Mr So thanked outgoing member Winnie Ng for her contribution in the past six years.
