Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Gregory So will attend the 27th Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation Ministerial Meeting in Manila on November 16 and 17.

He will attend the trade ministers' session on APEC's support for the multilateral trading system and the World Trade Organisation's 10th Ministerial Conference, and meet with his counterparts.

Under Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development Godfrey Leung will act as Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development during Mr So's absence.
