Noting the risk in the surging stock market, Financial Secretary John Tsang reminds small investors to be careful before making their decisions.
Addressing the media during his Shanghai visit today, Mr Tsang noted that some commentators have advised people to invest in the stock market now.
He noted that people should be cautious in light of recent market volatility.
They should also stay aware of the risks caused by global markets, he added.
