The Rating & Valuation Department has reminded rates or Government rent payers to complete and return the requisition forms as soon as possible.
They can do so by using the Electronic Submission of Forms service on the department's website.
The department issued the forms to collect payers' rental information for a new round of general revaluation.
Anyone who knowingly makes a false statement or refuses to provide particulars requested in the form commits an offence and will be liable to fines.
