The Trade & Industry Department’s Support & Consultation Centre for SMEs will hold a seminar on service appreciation culture on July 31.
A service appreciation culture encourages customers to show appreciation to frontline service providers whenever they receive good service.
Speakers include Senior Vice President of IBG Operations of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Brenda Leung, Director of Service Management of AIA International Eunice Mui, Chief Producer of Best Video Kwong Hoi-cheung, and Managing Director & Founder of Newborn Nanny Service Centre Michelle Wong.
The seminar, to be conducted in Cantonese, will be held at 2.30pm in the Central Library, Causeway Bay.
