2 sites to be sold by tender

Two residential sites in Tseung Kwan O and on Lantau Island in the 2013-14 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender, the Lands Department announced today.
 
The tender invitation for both lots will start on May 24 and close on July 5.
 
Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No.126 in Area 68B2 has a site area of about 27,421 sq m and is designated for non-industrial purposes.
 
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 47,713 and 79,521 sq m, of which no less than 39,486 sq m and no more than 65,810 sq m are for private residential purposes. At least 875 flats must be built.
 
Lot No.750 in Demarcation District No.332 on South Lantau Road, Cheung Sha, has a site area of about 1,438.2 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 346 and 575.2 sq m.
