TKO site to be sold by public tender

A Tseung Kwan O residential site will be disposed of by public tender from June 22 to July 27, the Lands Department announced today.
 
The site is Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No.115 in Area 66D1. It has a site area of 5,026 square metres and is designated for non-industrial, excluding godown, hotel and petrol station, purposes.
 
The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 16,586 and 27,643 square metres, of which 15,078 to 25,130 square metres are for private residential purposes.
 
The total number of residential units to be built will be between 360 and 378.
