Two residential sites in the 2011-12 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender, the Lands Department announced today. Tenders for both will open on February 17 and close on March 16.
The two sites are Ap Lei Chau Inland Lot No.135 at the junction of Ap Lei Chau Drive and Ap Lei Chau Praya Road in Hong Kong, and Lot No.1588 in Demarcation District No.243 on Pik Sha Road in Sai Kung. Both are designated for private residential purposes.
The Ap Lei Chau lot has a site area of 3,050 square metres, with a minimum gross floor area of 12,810 square metres and a maximum of 21,350.
The Sai Kung lot has a site area of 7,615 square metres, with a minimum gross floor area of 1,828 square metres and a maximum of 3,046.
Final conditions of sale for both lots will be available for distribution and uploaded to the Lands Department's
website by February 17, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
