South Bay Rd tender invite to open

The Lands Department announced today the tender invitation for the private residential site near 35 South Bay Road on Hong Kong Island will start on September 23 and close on October 28.
 
The lot has a site area of 1,338 square metres with a gross floor area of 723 square metres to 1,204.2 square metres.
 
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be uploaded to the department’s website by September 23 when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
