Secretary for the Environment KS Wong will travel to Paris on October 21 to attend the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group meeting and CityLab Summit.
Mr Wong will discuss with other city officials the work on combating climate change at the meeting.
He will also speak at the summit about Hong Kong's experience in promoting energy efficiency and conservation as well as renewable energy.
He will return to Hong Kong on October 25.
