The Christian Family Service Centre has been awarded a three-year service contract for the Kwun Tong Community Green Station following an open tender, the Environmental Protection Department says.
The contract starts today.
The centre is now operating the Sha Tin Community Green Station.
The department said with more than 60 years of experience in providing local community services in Kwun Tong, the centre should be capable of operating the Kwun Tong project.
The Kwun Tong Community Green Station is located at the junction of Sheung Yee Road and Kai Fuk Road in Kowloon Bay, and is scheduled to open later this year.
