Chong Wing-wun will become District Officer (North) tomorrow, succeeding Yau Kin-chung.
Mr Chong joined the Administrative Service in 2001.
He has served in the Home Affairs Department and various bureaus, including the Commerce & Economic Development Bureau and the Security Bureau.
His most recent post has been Principal Assistant Secretary for Development (Planning & Lands).
