Chief Secretary Carrie Lam will visit the UK and Germany from September 25 to 29.
In London she will attend a Hong Kong Trade Development Council dinner event and update British officials and the business and professional sectors on Hong Kong's latest developments and promote bilateral exchange.
She will also visit the newly opened Tate Modern museum extension and meet with Hong Kong students studying in the UK.
Mrs Lam will then attend the Hong Kong Trade Development Council's Think Asia, Think Hong Kong events in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf.
Secretary for Labour & Welfare Matthew Cheung will be Acting Secretary during Mrs Lam's absence.
