Secretary for Security TK Lai will meet Vice Minister of Public Security Chen Zhimin in Shenzhen tomorrow to discuss improving the reciprocal notification mechanism between Hong Kong and the Mainland.
This will be the second meeting on the issue, in which representatives from the Hong Kong & Macao Affairs Office and other Central Government agencies will also attend.
Mr Lai will be accompanied by Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations) Wong Chi-hung, Commissioner of Customs & Excise Roy Tang and Director of Immigration Erick Tsang.
Also attending the meeting will be Assistant Director of the Operations Department of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Tong Wing-tak and Department of Justice Law Officer (International Law) Amelia Luk.
