Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Raymond Tam will visit Shenyang and Dalian in Liaoning Province from April 26 to 29.
During his stay, Mr Tam will officiate at the unveiling ceremony of the Hong Kong Government Liaoning Liaison Unit and attend a seminar co-organised by the Government’s Beijing Office, Invest Hong Kong and the Bureau of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation of Liaoning Province.
Mr Tam will also have meetings with Liaoning Provincial Government officials and officials from the Shenyang and Dalian Municipal Governments. He will also meet with representatives of Hong Kong enterprises there.
During his absence, Under Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Lau Kong-wah will be the acting secretary.
